Dr. Jackson and his staff are very professional. They are friendly, kind, and helpful. As soon as I checked in I had very little waiting time. Dr. Jackson and his assistant (Stephanie) were very thorough with my procedure. Very happy with my results. I highly recommend Jackson and Jackson Dental.

I really had a great experience the stuff was very nice, professional and caring and the doctor really cared and came up with all ideas to make sure my mouth was in good health and way to get in good shape if it wasn’t …….I would highly recommend

From the moment I walked through the front door, I was greeted with the warmest welcome — the kind that instantly makes you feel at home. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, comforting, and genuinely kind. Once I was called back, the experience only got better. First time I've changed dentists in a number of years. The initial exam was very thorough. It included my bite, occlusive surfaces, the soft tissues, and the jaw joints. Dr. Jackson III looked for any abnormalities that might indicate cancers in addition to the routine gum disease and cavities. I had every detail explained to me. Very impressive.

My 1st visit today was amazing! Let me back up!!! I almost gave up on Dentists in my area. I experienced horrible bedside manners in a Dentist. I won't mention his name. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! His NEGATIVE words were intentional. The entire staff at Jackson & Jackson were Professional Friendly and Knowledgeable. Thank you for providing excellent service!

I just ask why couldn’t I have found Dr. Jackson’s office 20 years ago. He’s the 3rd dentist I’ve tried in LaGrange and I’ve found my home (sorta speak)! All of the staff (including Dr Jackson) are the most pleasant staff I’ve ever dealt with! I have always, always dreaded the dentist visits but here is different. They make you feel comfortable and at ease.

I chipped a tooth and needed it to be addressed. I reached out to Jackson & Jackson Dental, had an appointment set up for the next day, and from there the experience only got better. The reception staff were kind, upbeat, and welcomed me to their dental office. I was early and was taken back to a room before my scheduled appointment. Dr. Jackson III and his staff treated me with great care, educated me on what my options were, completed the task quickly, and sent me home with no visible sign that anything had been done. No one wants a messed up smile and thanks to the great team at Jackson & Jackson Dental, mine is back to normal. If you need cosmetic dentistry, I highly recommend this group.
